These chicken fillets are ABSOLUTELY DIVINE! Sweet and buttery… Crispy golden brown exterior while remaining pleasant and juicy inside! 😍 
I suggest cooking several batches of these, eating them while they are hot for dinner with rice and broccoli, then wrapping the rest in meal preparation containers and storing them in your fridge for quick meals all week! 



In a medium-sized glass bowl, whisk the melted butter / ghee, garlic, vinegar and honey. Add the chicken fillets and sprinkle with sea salt and pepper. Mix / stir until all the offerings are well coated.

Let stand and marinate the flavors for 5-10 minutes. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken fillets in a single layer to the pan and cook until browned on both sides, about 8 minutes in total.

You may need to cook these chicken fillets in two batches to avoid overloading the pan, which prevents this beautiful golden brown color.
Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and enjoy!
