And it's so easy, so delicious, and a huge hit every time I do it. If you don't like it too cajun and spicy, you can replace the Cajun seasoning with 2 teaspoons of paprika instead.
Tip: Are you looking to save calories and fat? Simply replace the heavy cream with a half-half fat-free. It whips fluffy and creamy, just like whipping cream!
